Urban Eldercare® assists families navigating care for older adults in Manhattan and surrounding areas. Our team has decades of experience supporting families facing aging care decisions. Full-time employment is available with Urban Eldercare, LLC, an Aging Life Care Practice based in Manhattan but also serves clients in Brooklyn. Responsibilities include comprehensive geriatric assessment, care planning, on-going monitoring and coordination of care, counseling, crisis management/intervention and caregiver coaching. Flexible work schedules compensate for on demand nature of the work.
Competitive salary with benefits package including health insurance. Reports to principal/owner.
Note: We do not work out of an office and often find ourselves working in coffee shops, on park benches, and building lobbies, if that appeals to you it could be a good fit. Much like the post office we are out in all the kinds of weather.
