Ella Kreydina Psychotherapy LCSW, PLLC is a boutique, Brooklyn-based psychotherapy practice grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect.

Our work is relational, trauma-informed, and routed in psychodynamic principals. I am in search of adding one more supervisee who is in search of gaining insight into the private practice world. Supervision will concentrate on growth, reflection, and the sustainability of clinical work.

Virtual Psychotherapist Postition

Psychotherapy Supervisee will take on between 9-12 virtual sessions per week.

Meeting weekly with myself to reflect on the impact of this work.

Maintain documentation that is thoughtful, ethical, and minimally pathologizing.

Bring curiosity, humility, and accountability into clinical work.

I am in search of LMSW with 1-2 years of experience post grad, who is curious about the private practice world. This role is ideal for someone who values close supervision, collaborative learning, and developing a strong clinical voice within a supportive, small-group setting. A strong interest in relational, psychodynamic, and/or trauma-informed approaches and a commitment to anti-oppressive as paramount.
